Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Our usual delivery estimate is 2–3 working days from ordering, including graphics kits printed in-house to order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery is free for orders of £25 or more. Below £25, delivery costs £5 for one small item, or £8 for bulky or multiple items. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel before delivery or within 14 days starting the day after you receive your goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, this period starts after the last item arrives. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Contact the Yocks team at info@yocksscooters.com with your order details for return instructions. You do not need prior permission to exercise your cancellation rights.

Customers pay ordinary return postage for change-of-mind returns. Where goods cannot normally be returned by post and require specialist collection, Yocks will arrange and cover that collection. Please contact us to arrange it.

Please package returns securely. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your cancellation rights. You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect an evidenced loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.

Refunds

When you cancel your whole order, we refund the goods and any standard outward delivery charge paid. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery service is excluded.

Refunds are made without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever happens first. If no goods were supplied, or we have offered to collect them, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Graphics kits

Standard catalogue designs have the same cancellation rights, even when printed after ordering. The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If your goods are faulty, incorrect, not as described or unfit for purpose, contact us with your order details. You generally have 30 days after delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Rights to repair, replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund continue afterwards.

Yocks covers reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods, using a prepaid return arrangement or reimbursement against proof of postage. Please contact us before arranging transport for scooters, bikes or batteries so we can advise on safe return arrangements. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Goods delivered by a carrier arranged by us remain our responsibility until received by you or someone you nominate.
