Yocks Scooters

Terms and Conditions

1. About us

This UK online store is operated by Yocks Scooter Shop Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI722766. Our registered office is Unit 3, Springtown Industrial Estate, 18 Balliniska Road, Derry, Northern Ireland, BT48 0LY.

Contact us at info@yocksscooters.com or 07510 242159.

2. Products and ordering

Check the product description, model compatibility, selected options and intended use before ordering. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before paying.

Graphics kits include the items described on the product page. Scooters are not included. Matching grip decks are optional and charged separately. Illustrative mockups show how a design may look. Colours and decal placement may vary, without affecting your rights where goods do not match their description.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges and your complete order total are shown before you place your order.

Price changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.

4. Order acceptance

Your automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not confirm acceptance.

We accept the items in your order when we send a dispatch confirmation for those items. If your order is dispatched in separate shipments, each dispatch confirmation accepts only the items included in that shipment. Remaining items are accepted when their own dispatch confirmation is sent.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. If we identify a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and offer you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or cancelling for a refund.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Delivery & Returns policy forms part of these terms. It explains delivery estimates and charges, cancellation rights, refunds and return costs. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

6. Safe use

Privately owned electric scooters must only be used on private land not open to the public, with the landowner’s permission. They must not be used on public roads, pavements, cycle lanes or other public places.

Follow each product’s intended-use warnings and the manufacturer’s assembly, maintenance and safety instructions. Supervise children and use appropriate protective equipment.

7. Warranty and consumer rights

Any commercial warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Its expiry does not automatically end your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

9. Changes and complaints

Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Contact us using the details above if you have a complaint. Nothing in these terms restricts your mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in a court available to you by law.
