Our store is powered by WooCommerce (WordPress), which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with the manufacturer’s repair and warranty policies. However, we provide local warranty coverage for parts only, typically for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Labour costs are not included unless a separate support package has been purchased.

Servicing is available in select locations. Customers may optionally purchase extended shop support as a value-add service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Road Use Disclaimer

In Ireland and the UK, the following general rules apply:

● If a vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.) can be powered by electricity without pedaling or scooting, it is considered a mechanically propelled vehicle (MPV).

● MPVs used in public places must be registered, taxed, insured, and roadworthy.

● The driver must have a license and wear a crash helmet.

It is your responsibility to check local legislation regarding use of electric scooters and bikes.

Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall

Yocks Scooter Shop or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Yocks Scooter Shop from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access at any time for breach or suspected breach

These Terms, along with any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland.

• Only available to Ireland and Northern Ireland customers
• Account can be created online through our website (yocksscooters.ie) or in-person (by appointment only).
• Minimum €50 deposit + first instalment required
• 24 hour notice required for collection of orders
• Last date for payment is December 6th – Orders are not guaranteed after this date
• €50 deposit and instalments are non-refundable but may be transferred for store credit, to be used by 31/12/2023
• Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% administration fee, for example a €300 order will incur a €60 administration fee
• All products purchased through the Christmas Club are subject to our standard warranty and return policies
• Please refer to our website for detailed information. By enrolling in the Christmas Club, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for enrollment, payment processing, and communication purposes.
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
